Chronological Scrapbooks.

Let's talk today about Chronological Scrapbooks.

A Chronological Scrapbook is a book that documents something in a Chronological Order.  For instance a  "School Days" Scrapbook would be a Chronological Scrapbook because it documents a childs school years in order. Start with that first day of school or how about that first orientation, how about the first bus ride. I know that when my daughter had to start school we were told to make sure she road the bus on that first day so she can get used to it and there wasn't a lot of parking. So we put her on the bus (taking pictures of her waiting for the bus, crossing the street and getting on the bus.) We then followed the bus and took pictures of her getting off the bus and then walked her to her Kindergarten claassroom and met her teacher. One thing in your school scrapbook I would suggest you do is take a picture of your child's art work and put the picture in the scrapbook. It saves time trying to figure out how to put the art work in and you can throw away the actual art work and save on storage space. A Chronological Scrapbook can be used in a classroom setting for assignments such as the Journey of Louis and Clark or the events of a story read in a class. How about a book report! The child can tell the story by creating a scrapbook of the events in the story.   I hope that this gives you some ideas to try a Chronological Scrapbook.  What kind of  Chronological Scrapbook can you do?
